Foster Parent College is required for anyone interested in pursuing a foster care or adoption license/certification in Arizona. Foster Parent College is a 5-week program that combines in-person classroom sessions with additional hours of online training.

- Select a licensing agency
- Complete your application and intake interview with your agency
- Have a level 1 fingerprint clearance card (your licensing agency will help you obtain this free of charge)
- Enroll in Foster Parent College with your licensing agency
