Wrap Around Teams provide practical, tangible and spiritual support to families. We encourage at least one person on each team to fulfill these suggested roles:
The Team Lead: This point person will communicate directly with the family and mobilize the team to meet their needs.
The Cheerleader: This is the natural encourager who knows how to see the best in every situation.
The Spiritual Warrior: This is the someone who can be trusted with prayer requests and provide spiritual counsel.
The Advocate: This is the natural researcher who can make calls, discover solutions and find needed resources.
The Doer: These people help with the practical needs like babysitting, meals, errands and transportation.

Please view their pictures and stories with the appropriate respect as many of the children available for adoption in Arizona have been removed from their homes due to neglect or abuse. This photo listing is a very effective tool for finding families for our waiting children. Unfortunately, it also makes the children vulnerable to negative intrusions into their lives. Please help us to protect them. If you recognize any of these children or see them in your community, please respect their privacy.
If you are interested in pursuing a particular child please fill out the form under his/her name. When requesting more information on a child, please be aware that you may not be given any identifying information until the agency has received a copy
of your Adoptive Home Study and has determined your family can meet the needs of the child. More detailed information about individual children can be shared with adoptive parents by the CPS Specialist during the adoption process.
Then, please pray for that the right family would be matched to that child as soon as possible. For every one child you see represented on the Children’s Heart Gallery Site there hundreds more waiting behind them.
Thank you for interest in getting to know some of Arizona’s children who are waiting to be adopted. These children have courageously allowed themselves to be photographed so that they have a better chance of finding a forever family.
The best place to find help with practical items is through your Wrap Around Team, however there are also may be resources through your agency, larger church body or through shared resources like Jose’s Closet, Arizona Helping Hands and Helen’s Hope Chest.
Selecting an agency is several steps into the Arizona 1.27 Process but you can begin to research agencies at any time.
Arizona 1.27 is agency neutral and encourage you to utilize our list of questions you will/have receive(d) at Orientation.
